I think that can be a problem with ddr2 800 because the speeds u c here (+-500mhz) are half the effective speed, with wich the speed is usually indicated.
PC6400 will run on 800Mhz effective and oc to +-900Mhz, but CPU-Z will say it is running at 400Mhz (800) or in my case 440Mhz wich is 880Mhz effective.
And because the RAM cannot run slower than the FSB is running you will have this:
CPU: 488*9=4.4Ghz
RAM: 488*2=977Mhz effective and i think that will be a very high oc for PC6400 800Mhz RAM but maybe possible.
For 45 euro you have 2GB 1066Mhz RAM wich will get you there i guess
I learned this trying the exact same thing with DDR2 800...
