You are kidding right? I'm talking about the 1.39vcore. Maybe you have a nice chip but the other ones are struggling with 3.6. Mine for example needs 1.38 to to 3.8(Q9450).
On a DFI UT X48 T2R the cpu wouldnt go over 3.6. So chipset and chipset implementation does matter.
