As a matter of fact, there IS a "cold bug mod" for them........
I used to work mine at - 140*C BEFORE the mod and then, I worked them at - full LN2 subzero.....
I'll post photos as soon as I find them.......
EDIT: Take a look at the benching temperature in 3D Load.....
