Ace-a-Rue, I'm starting to think my problem is with the PSU and not with the Mother-Board as I thought at start.
1. It's not a VC problem since the problem occurs also when no VC is connected (not getting error message on the 7-segment).
2. I noticed when the 4870 is connected and I get a good boot none of the 4 LEDs on the VC turns on (good thing) but when I don't get a boot 3 out of 4 LEDs turn on, That means a power problem.
I don't have another PSU here to check it but I can try to connect this PSU to my old P4 and see what happens.
