Oh,ok, but what would our numbers look like if we had 50% returning every day? I`d like to see that. Pretty good number for 209(25%) though.
Easynews and 2ch both have around 30% returning.

What, team captain can't kick members? That blows.
You could, but what they added to the team goes with them and to be honest, a lot of those people came in just for special "pushes" and my thanks to them for what they contributed.
Many had life changes that forced their decisions and you just can't get upset at situations like that.
You take a positive approach and say thanks for what they did and hope that they will be back in the future.

Fair enough.
The simple solution is to just bribe/blackmail them into joining the team again. Hell, something like an E5200, 2 Gb RAM, a cheap board (P35, G33, something like that), Antec Basiq 350W, and you'll have something for ~US$200-250 that'll give you a half-decent PPD while drawing close to nothing.
