Guys, I'm not an overclocker instead a silence/underclocker freak.
I've tried all BIOS-es (including Ket's modified). Now I'm on 1402m. I have C1E/EIST/C-State Tech enabled in BIOS and I use EPU software to underclock/undervolt and overclock.
This is in idle/browsing.

This is with a decent OC from EPU at stock voltage (that is max. stable frequency at stock voltage).

I know that I don't break any records.
All I want to say is that (at least until some point) this MB is perfect stable with C1E/EIST/C-State Tech enabled and EPU software running.
