if it is water it is conductive no matter what anyone says.
until I see someone take a bowl full of it and through it into a 480v power box that is fully powered i will argue the point

shouldn't the stuff pure and strait actully be more efficient(provided it is a better carrier of heat)

that is what I thought. i was not happy at all then when I took the FSB up some and temp didn't move i was like cool. I think what happens is that it does no good till the nano partials heat up it is no better then water.

may be so great stuff for big OC.
