Just running the same but at CR1. I noticed that when I quit prime CPUZ was reporting a 455FSB which settled back down to 450FSB after about 30 seconds.

Bios settings are as follows - the numbers in brackets are for 430FSB :-

This is all on air with AS5 and washer mod to heatpipe assembly. Other than the temps I am happy with the 450 setup

whats better enabling LLC and lowering the cpu voltage or higher cpu voltage with LLC disabled ?

Quattro, don't quote such large posts please.

For LCC, i left mine at auto and can still use very low Vcore.
