Thanks for the suggestions, but I just played with it for awhile and I think I have worked out the issue. I'm pretty sure it is the vFSB:vNB ratio. I am using a low vFSB (1.12v) and if I set the vNB above 1.25v, it wont reboot properly. I have it set at 1.23v now, and it seems to be working ok. I have rebooted, gone into bios, saved changes (although I didn't change anything), rebooted etc a few times in a row, and every time it reboots, but as soon as I push the vNB over 1.25v, no go.
Strange, but I have read about the need to have vFSB and vNB set close together, so perhaps these boards are sensitive to it?
