yeah i gotta agree, the Fusion block is pretty solid and should satisfy most peoples needs...with good mounting of the heat pipe assembly as EF said. here is a pic from my review of the nylon washers...



you can see the results of the nylon washer mod in the Heat & Acoustical Testing in the full review. the testing was done at 1.50v but to be honest, anything higher really isn't necessary for most if not all 24/7 setups. with that said, the Fusion block has no problem benching at 1.7v...trust me
