Stock Clocks with default volts and HEATSINK thats about right 28-36c depending on Ambiant room temp...Id say even with limited Bios Options with just the Multi's if there available and being able to set ram you should be able to sqeeze a decent OC..

I cant believe saphire has no owners manual online.....I was gonna look at your bios settings
