That expansion tank put like that it has a nice potential to trap oil. There is refrigerant flow going in each time you stop the unit. What do you think?

I don't think that is oil trap. Yes refrigerant goes there but when compressor is not working so oil isn't "pumped" there, + we have oilsep on 2nd stage.
Thanks for nice words .sure I use receiver as a expansion tank . I've found that receiver before TXV even make temperatures on 1st stage worse (maybe not worse but for sure not better, same about discharge pressure) .
