Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I'm peeved.
I bought two of these blocks.
Both leaked.
XSPC states that they're ditching the acrylic tops for their newer blocks, and will be using Delrin. Unfortunately, no Delrin for these 9800 Raxors.
The acrylic is bad, thin, and leaks. One of the acrylic threads broke right off one of them, and on the other, one of the screw holes had a small crack which leaked.
In defense of XSPC, they have said that they plan on shipping me two new cover plates. Hope they do soon. (Wish they were Delrin though.).
I've used pretty much an entire tube of silicon on these trying to get them to stop leaking, but after 2-3 hours of flow, there is always a drip forming at one of the barbs. I've tried pipe dope, silicon, changed the barbs a few times, changed the tubing and clamps... always drips.

Drips aside... I'm running a loop with two of these together in SLI, with and D-Tek Fusion V2, through a PA 120.3. The flow is good.. very good. One of the GPU stress tests I ran on air which had me at 80C, is now showing me at 40C. I'm impressed.
Too bad they leak... as well as they perform, I have no confidence in them with the bunk acrylic tops.
