I can just swap the mobo here the first 2 years at the PC shop from there on it goes to Asus... but the mobo has to be practically dead as the shop tests it too... Oc'ing they do NO warrant, which is logic, if it runs flawless at stock it's okay for them... Think the no 1200 was already an indication something was wrong with ya mobo as I've not experienced any holes with my Gskill ram set and the Dlx and E board... but I need 2.35 volts for them to get them stable which is too much for my liking as the rams get pretty hot, so I use that kit only for benching...and I prefer to have 4Gb to work with daily... which I "only" run at 1066-1081mhz on the boards. I suspect a degraded NB in your case mate, but also you got weird results on the voltages which is not a good sign either...
Did your heatpipe get pretty warm or did it stay pretty cold ? Have you replaced the TIM ? Have you tried using the other bios ?
