Sounds like we all have similar issues. This is doing my head in, I have never had such a flakey dodgey board, seriously. Very disappointed in Asus. I have tried clearing CMOS, swapping ram, & swapping PSU. I have tested al my gear seperately and together in my mates P5K and all my gear is totally fine.
Test your RAM if you get a chance, see how it works in memtest 86 at stock speeds... (maybe it killed your RAM, not your CPU/MB).
