but you're right (in a way)...stripped out threads cannot be retapped without increasing the size...means I'll have to retap for a larger screw size and retap the pump as well

This is also from jabtech by the way
I'm sorry that you had to literally order from half way around the world, only to be disappointed by this. Would the shipping cost back to Jab-Tech be worth it for you?

GMT+8 ordering from GMT-6... you must be about the most hardcore water cooling guy in the world lol

lotsa guys here buy from the states as the local distros are always not able to justify bringing niche products in (but they still wanna hold the distributorships)

just received a wrong item and a dead scythe fan as well...shipping them back would cost a bomb that I'm better off buying a new one
such are the pains we have in south east asia

Water cooling is supposed to be recreational, it's not mandatory, and it's not a perfect science.

Agreed. Pain in the ass. I've see you post on VRforums, so you're in Singapore, too?

Ordered some rubber fan screws from PPCs (as part of a larger order) and they shipped the wrong ones. Shipping them back would cost more than I paid for them. I asked PPCs for a gift cert for the diff to apply on my next order.

Ordered one from Performance-PCs a little over a week ago, still waiting on it to arrive (the woes of cross-border shipping). I really hope it's not a bad one.

I do wish NCIX were an XSPC distributor. I'd be interested in getting an Edge v2 block too.

my order was from PPC as well for the wrong item and dead fan, but they were nice enough to offer to pay for the shipping, although I truely cannot justify it
