I have a fluke DMM but what should I use for the grounding point? A ground from a PSU cable?

I got it stable at 3200 MHZ but not going off the chart, but rather off another users advice for these new chips. Acording to his post the 67% rule doe snot work for newer steppings.

Running 8x400 FSB
CPU at 1.34v (according to the bios)
NB 1.510
VTT 1.4
GTL's:
1/2=120
110=110
NB=130

For the ground spot use the the metal around the holes for the mobo screws. You should go with 63% and from there go downhill until you find something that your system likes. I would recommend to leave the GTL disabled for now since those values seem to be way to high ?
