    I know another easy way, copy the BIOS file onto a FAT formatted USB stick and plug that into your machine when it is switched off. Switch the machine on, press DEL to enter setup and the option to flash the BIOS is right there in the BIOS page (last/second last tab).

    Been doing it that way since the P5B-Deluxe and no problems!
