Thanks , finally i left the mobo alone , took the battery out overnight, in the
Morning i put battery back in ,it boot it ok , then i Hot flashed(Swapped) the Bios back to 0704. Now its working great again , and still giving me monster FSB around 621FSB on my E8400. I order a E8600 to see how far i can go in Subzero .
