Give it a bit more voltage and see if you get anymore out of it.

If Orthos is failing that fast and prime isnt... make sure you are running small FFTs to tax the CPU, blend will tax ram too. If you are running blend it might be your memory and not the CPU - just be sure for now you are running small FFTs to test the CPU, then you can run memtest loop test 5 for awhile to see if the ram is stable at said settings.
