Yes, the Z7S lets you adjust the CPU multiplier. I used 6x mult for testing max FSB for instance, and if you can go down with ordinary Xeons, you surely can go up with a QX.
The more interesting point is whether a Vcore adjustment will show up if you slap in a QX - in theory it should...
