-the saved oc prifiles remains after bios update?
-if YES, is it safe to load an oc profile of an older BIOS? Because for example a newer release can have added option or some different setting

DO NOT EVER LOAD OC PROFILES FROM AN OLDER BIOS, just a general warning

i think it depends on the ram (or we can say it is compatiable issue for ram and mb) not the bios, i can run g.kill pi at 1066/1200 pl7 with 1102 stable, might give the new official 1103 a go tomorrow. as i said before, when seeting ram at 1200, system will show 1333 with strap 400.

Yes true, but the bios boots with these now with AUTO selected in the transaction Booster, earlier biosses it set higher (safer) values... this is not necessarily the lowest you can work with....
