Explain me how you do this pencil mode...you need something to measure voltages or what...how ?
Just a #2 pencil - 4-5 hard swipes over the resistor - I'm too lazy for a meter.
Check the bios vcore with the cpu-z vcore idle and load.
Add a little more swipes if you need it - retest.
When you are happy seal with a small drop of finger nail polish "dropped" on not "brushed" on to seal the graphite.
