took some pics of my '98 Riviera today, and dug up a fave old pic of my '66 GMC 1/2 ton (taken just outside Salt Lake City - it's been from Calgary to Montreal to NY to Vancouver and then some. The crap's on the scanner I used, not the truck). Edit: added pic of dash kit I put in the Riv when I first got it - bad pic, the interior's gray tho it looks a bit bluish in the photo. Edit: just ordered a "Satin Nickel" dash kit to replace the wood http://www.wooddash.com/item/BUICK_D...IERA_1996_99_3

I almost bought the Mazda 3 speed, but I decided against it. More HP then I really needed. Settled for an 08 Jetta. Is the Torque steer as bad as some ppl say?

On the topic of quads, I drive a 2004 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O.
It's pretty in'. Doesn't stand a chance against my dad's 2007 Sportsman 800 Twin though
"To exist in this vast universe for a speck of time is the great gift of life. Our tiny sliver of time is our gift of life. It is our only life. The universe will go on, indifferent to our brief existence, but while we are here we touch not just part of that vastness, but also the lives around us. Life is the gift each of us has been given. Each life is our own and no one else's. It is precious beyond all counting. It is the greatest value we have. Cherish it for what it truly is."

This car (1978 Datsun 280Z) was my dads in perfect condition until they stole it, took the wheels and tires, stereo equipment, and painted red under the rocker panels. Then they decided to run from the cops in it and messed up the bodywork. My dad got it back and it sat in the driveway (direct sun) for nearly a decade and all the clearcoat ran everywhere. He says I can have it if I get it fixed up before I turn 16 (about a year). It starts and runs fine once all of the cylinders begin to fire, but much of the electronics dont work due to some fantastic rats making lunch of the wiring....
    Forgive the photos.

Not really, even with traction control off and with Torque Management system it really dosent pull that much, I've smoked many a Nissan 350z with that and its STOCK , even though its a 4-cyl turbo i get on average 29 MPG if i dont floor it everywhere, i've gotten almost 400 miles out of a tank before, but i drive on a 2-lane road a lot so that includes passing

[OcW] Raptor22: My dad had that same car with the same color . It was his first car and he loved it. He still says that car was more beautiful then any other car he ever owned.

Forget the 280Z I'll take the Dodge Dart Swinger sitting next to it.

Sweet, one of the fiew civics I have seen on the net that does not look like rice. I actually like that model civic looks wise. Sounds like a blast to drive too. The only thing I would have done differently is put in a recirculating blow off valve to keep things stealth.
I hope your going to get the fender painted to match the car.

As for the Mazda speed 3. I have been one to say that fwd cars torque steer, but due to the limited slip front diff and the decent job Mazda did on that car it doesn't torque steer unless your really provoking it. I know I test drove one as my friend wanted to buy a white mazdaspeed 3. I would have called it mighty mouse... As for my friend, he bought a g8 gt instead, something about wanting a v8.....
