$450 for 6GB of DDR3 is a very unrealistic price, not to mention that 6GB of memory is rather insane. 3GB is going to be enough for most people. You can get 2GB of DDR3-1333 for $60 right now. So you can expect to pay maybe ~$100 for 3GB of DDR3 in Q4, DDR3-1333 with good latencies.

It's probably more like:

Nehalem 2.66GHz : $300
X58 Motherboard : $200-300 depending on manufacturer
3GB DDR3-1333 : $100
Total Price: $600-700
