    I've heard about a public contest, that is supposed to be explained here : http://oc.gigabyte.us/ (seems the server has troubles).
    There are around one hundred entries in the CPUZ database with "Gigabyte_Contest" prefixed names.

    Gigabyte is holding national competitions in many countries, and the winners will go to Taiwan to compete against everyone else who wins.
    This thread was created for the US national one, but has evolved into the worldwide thread really.

    What confuses me is that South Africa had one. Now no disrespect to my country or the overclockers in it, but Europe and the UK have overclockers the are more well known and in most cases more experienced.

    Not that im complaing, it got me an E8500 to replace my old E8400, but still.

    It took them a good 1-2 weeks to update the US one. I hope whomever is in for Australia doesn't only find out when the site is updated Is there any contact email addy you all can bombard them at?
