**Official ASUS Striker II Formula Discussion/Review/Overclock/Guide/BIOS Thread**

I have had my Striker 2 for a few months or so now and it seems to be running fine(knock on wood). I did a 20% Overclock to 3.0GHz with everything on Auto except the Vram@1.96v(auto on 2.2v) . I'm running my ram at 4-4-4-12-1T everything on Auto.

I have been digging around but can't seem to find good overclocking voltages for a Q9300. I also have noticed in Everest that my CPU Clock and Multiplier fluctuates from 2400MHz@6x to the BIOS set 3000MHz @7x, is this that vdroop taking affect?

I'm also getting that nasty lockup when playing some videos on Vista x64, not all the time, really random.

Any help would be appreciated.

cpu clock and multy changing is the intel speed step coming into play in the overclocking tab in bios where it show's the cpu info you can disable c1e support and intel speed step this will lock it to the higher multy
