that color seems like it may be stuff from the radiator like was said.

How much did you clean/flush the radiator before use? Thats kind of the color the first few empties of hot water looked like when I flushed (it wasnt as dark though, but was in there for only a few seconds)

That or some sort of rust in your loop, dunno how that could happen, would need to be a decent about to cause color change, so thats prob not it.

Some sort of crazy red algie, but would most likely see buildup on the tubes.

or as was also said, some kind of red dye that was used, and not fully cleaned out of one of the parts, now bleeding back in. Any of those parts used? or have you used them before with dye?
all new parts, I did flush the rad with hot distilled water before I installed it. The first pic is after a flush, there is some dye (uv green) in this water..but the color was very similar before this pic and any dye.

RED guck on q-tip inserted in the fusion block and a thin coating starting to build up on the instide of the tube. Look at the plastic Tee you can see redish discoloration around the tubes.

The pic below is a few weeks after the build(before i drilled the MB tray for wire management)..notice the tee is clear but the tubes near fusion and CPU are starting to turn yellow. The little 3/8 tubes to convert to half had redish guck in them when I flushed.
