What is this dye your talking about on the GTX? was I supposed to take the GTX apart and clean it before I installed it?

Ok I may have added some confusion...the first pic is AFTER I flushed my pee colored loop..there is some uv green dye in that pic but it looked pretty close to that before i flushed it. I don't have any pics right before I flushed it.

The second pic is a just a few weeks after the build before the water got too colored but you can see it's already starting to change the tube color near the CPU and fusion block.
