I guess it would depend on your ambient temps. I see a whole bunch of posts on your profile, so this may sound like a stupid question on my part, but have you tried remounting the heatsink to see if the temperature goes down?Originally Posted by 4Qman

IDLE temps are 42oC @ 1.32v @ 4ghz.
LOAD "dual prime" is 60oC
