tried unhooking everything. (only video card cpu and ram left, restored defaults) still no go. tried all 6 modules one at a time yellow and black slots. going to try buying a new psu. any other suggestions would be most appreciated.

So the pc doesn't even boot with one dimm in onez of the right dimm slots ? The pc no longer posts with one dimm installed at all ?

I really think a) you got a hardware incompatability here or you got the same dud board back as before... with ram in the 2 left hand slots it works ? did you try upping NB voltage ? setting Dimm voltage at the correct value ?
