Cheers lardarse, I just woke up so will try this now. Just a quick question and I really don't want to sound like a complete pansy for asking it BUT the OCZ is only rated at 1.95v I haven't yet taken it past 1.99 am I at risk of frying the memory?

I wouldn't even bother asking or being so cautious if I was just using DDR2, but am a little wary of frying a £130 set of RAM. Granted I know I could have paid a lot more for a better kit (and should have done in retrospect, I don't usually even buy OCZ it's just this stuff was on offer and it seemed a great price. I also don't have a spare kit if anything goes wrong I don't think I'm capable of sitting on my hands while waiting for more RAM to arrive in the post.
