Not wanting to have to run fans to keep memory sinks cool is not the same as saying you have "serious airflow problems" or that you are "compensating" by using a full coverage block.

A well designed full coverage block will give great GPU temps AND keep the ram cool without having any case flow whatsoever... that's not compensating that's just smart cooling.

Not everyone want's to run a bunch of fans in their PCs. Many of us want to utilize water cooling for more than just overclocking, like reducing system noise as well, for which things like full coverage blocks can't be beat.
