I don't like starting flame-wars, or bashing people, but he does that every single time.
Most of the times he'll jump into a discussion say something that most of the times sounds like "ha ha, I got this first" and then goes away.

For example in a thread regarding some P45 motherboards from Gigabyte this May, there are 4-5 people with the motherboards in possession and talk about them.
Then OBR jumps in and posts "I have these boards since February".

I've got nothing against OBR, actually I have no problems with him and the same applies to everyone here on XS.

According testing of Radeon HD4850 in CF i can say - radeons are better then GTX 280!

Today i will post HD4850 results ... i am waiting only for drivers, cards are already at home now ... . .. stay tuned.

I am not under NDA with ATi, i can post anything ....

PS. If someone has a newest Catalyst, send me link or info to PM ... I have very old aplha drivers only ...

He tested the card on very old drivers and it was better than GTX 280?

I should have copped on then...

These are harsh words, and don’t hold the ground! He’s not a liar ‘cos he got card. He’s enthusiastic about results, but also watchful about other people, and not only his moment of glory.

I agree with Benchzowner, that he is one of these clowns that says he has seen season 6 in lost, when season 5 isnt even out yet

It's kinda... Sad that there are people who get their jollies just making stuff up on the internet... Apparently anyways... Until I see some evidence (other than a screenshot that might not be his) to the contrary, a certain someone is on my

list.

I hate to be so judgmental... But it sucks getting all worked up over... Nothing at all. I hope I'm wrong and OBR is telling the truth.

I've knowed this forum on hwupgrade.it only thanks to what OBR said about his RADEON 4850

If OBR don't tell us benchmark result he is only ridicolous, because he know before write that his benchmark could go all over the world!!

Anyway I think that OBR really have the card...

in my opinion ORB should wait for NDA lifts (like many others here) even if he dont signed any NDA agreement , the only wrong thing he did in first place was saying that he already has the cards (i dont doubt because many already have them too) and he will publish the results in few minuts .................

and also with all the "noise" in this thread @ XS forum , i dont doubt that someone already contacted ORB asking him to not publish any results before NDA lifts , and if that not happened yet i believe wont take too much ................

just my 2 cents !

ORB, Can u give an overall score to the card after the test (better if u consider only gaming performance) ?
scores like:
5 fair performance (like a 8800GT)
6 expected performance (so like a 9800GTX)
7 more then expected perfomance (+10% on 9800GTX)
8 very good performannce (+15% on 9800GTX)
9 amazing (+20/25% on 9800GTX)
10 wow, owned everything XD
