But I wouldn't worry about it, internal leaks usually don't amount to much unless the block is fairly restrictive if sealed up completely. It usually means less pressure drop which means your pump produces more flow which mitigates the issue pretty well. I've done a couple of experiments around sealing different blocks up completely and most don't net any measureable gains.

Keep in mind that water will take the path of least resistance so most of it will flow on the expected path with probably less than 5% leaking to the other barb. 2 surfaces which is mated together offer a very tiny gap (less than the TC scandal).

anyway, It's a great looking block and I'm tempted to buy one. However, I'm currently eyeing a GTX 280 or GTX 260 card (with black PCB this time for to match my inside look) so I'll wait.
