The key for good result by my experience is temperature control on CPU, especially if u want to squeeze last mhz on the long run. U need it to be stable as a rock , pouring skilz is good but it is much better with low pressure, especially if the pot is fast responsive. My is a fortunately or not really fast , pour a spoon of ln2 and it can jumps from -145C to -155 in two-three seconds, very good for cold boot problems very bad for stable temperature
