Does that CPU need that much to at least do 3.8GHz? I noticed a few voltages kinda high for whaty I'm used to, Is that also what it took to keep it stable? like the PLL of 1.8v I thought 45nm was senisitive to PLL over 1.65v. I never went over 1.712v on my 65nm Quad. How much actual overvoltage is the actual used voltages?

And what exacyly does the clock overcharge adjust? I dont have this option in Maximus.
