    You mean this card? Is the square chip a RT8802A?

    If it is RT8802A:
    Measure resistance from pin#17 to ground, solder a VR 20× measured value from that pin to ground. Tune down to lower OCP trigger point.
    Yep, that's the one. Thanks largon. Now, to sound like a total noob, which one is pin 17? lol.

    Would it be the one I marked in blue, that leads to 0 Ohm "resistor"? It's hidden by the wire in his pic tho. My camera sucks horribly at Macro, but I'll try to find a better pic.

    EDIT: Got my camera to cooperate. lol.
