E4300 lapped @ 3.2Ghz 1.42v (only testing what vcore i need...)
Ambient temp 23º
TRUE lapped + Noctua P12 (@ 1350rpms)

Core temp: 66º
Real Temp: 51º



I measured the temp @ TRUE fins and shows 29ºC...

So, the problem is the IHS contact with the cores...
