running at 1800/1800 is 1:2.

1800FSB = 450MHz FSB
1800RAM = 900MHz RAM

so it is a 1:2 ratio. for 1:1, you would need 1800FSB/900RAM. so then you would be at 450MHz FSB and 450MHz RAM (which would be DDR3-900). HTH
