I figure the 240 will suck cool air from the right side, with the 480 sucking air from the left with the hot air exhausting out the back where the second psu is suppose to go.

Mind posting some pics of how you mounted your 480 using the existing holes? I had planned on using silverstone radsupport brackets as feet... but this requires drilling I think.

You will have alot of hot air in the case you need more fans to pull the hot air out. Here are few pics on how my radiator is mounted:

1. I used three "L" brackets "red squares in pic 1" with a nut underneath to raise the radiator.
2. The bracket fits between the radiator and the fan
3. I have four fans pulling air and two pushing.in addition the psu fan which pulls air from the rad. the brackets holds the radiator like a rock
