    Sign me up too.

Granted I'm having fun using it atm but that first test looks horrible and it absolutely blows that you have to see your scores online. While they're at it, they need to fix the orb.

PS The letter still needs some fixing.

you can add me on the list

i also think they are shooting themselves in the foot for charging for a basic version as well.................i'm sure there are much better ways of collecting money for a website with such high traffic. What they will probably do is reduce their traffic potential hence reduce revenue from online ads

once companies start charging for benchmarks they will also make it a lot easier for their competitors to gain support

good luck FM but a few bad moves already for sure.....better sort them out quick

In addition to the basic Offline Score results and Saving requirements, FM need to sort out their beta ORB which is unreliable at best.... you have to hope that its up when your benching .. often its not

Just received a reply to my e-mail to futuremark, They refunded my money and appoligized that I was not happy with their product.

On a somewhat related note, A futuremark staff member said on YouGamers forums that Futuremark is already working on a Hotfix to address the issues people are posting, although he didn't mention any specifics he said to look for the patch early next week.

This is nothing more than a cheap attempt by Futuremark to squeeze the OC community for cash. I understand and accept them charging for multiple uses, and I understand and accept them charging for offline result view functionality. They are a business and they need to make money, and offering offline view functionality for free was clearly not working. However, limiting the number of uploads and removing offline view functionality for their paying customers is reprehensible and truly immoral. Futuremark, you rely on the benching scene to survive. No non-corporate entity can afford or should be made to pay $500 for an essential feature of your product.

I encourage everyone to boycott Vantage until Futuremark realises this cheap standover attempt will not work.
    couldn't agree more.

as a beginning we hope to attract your full attention to the following lines. We think it's not too excessive to affirm that many enthusiasts, gamers and ordinary pc users were all on edge for the latest 3DMark. But also a lot of people agree with the meaning that the new pricing of 3DMark Vantage doesn't fit. The Basic and Advanced Version do not have all the Features the fans expected. Potential User have to spent $ 6,95 + Vat for the Basic and $ 19,95 + Vat for the Advanced-Edition. But they hat to pinpoint that it is not possible to see the benchmark results and also not to save them offline. This causes that Basic and Advanced Version don't fit to a large part of the potential users. The best version for enthusiast users would be the Professional Version of 3D Mark Vantage which is unfortunately the most expensive an unaffordable Version. Needless to say (is) that the 3D Mark Vantage was not a low budget production and has to leave some ammount of profit for your company. But we might think that only a small group of Users would pay over $500 to get a fully working bechmark tool that includes all key features they expect. The next point is that a respectable number of customers have huge problems to run 3DMark Vantage. Freezes and projection failures during the Benchmark let pop off all the fun with that benchmark. It seems that the 3D Mark Vantage is not completely finished yet.
These are the facts why some users from one of the biggest overclocking communitys in Europe - the AwardFabrik - startet a petition to demand some major changes on the current situation. In this context the Awardfabrik and some other german and international communitys started to collect signatures to stimulate the Futuremark team to arrange changes in spoken facts. In this way almost 300 users gave their signature in the first three days. You can see the results of this campaign in the lines attached.
We hope that this campaign is able to open your eyes noticing that this isn't the right way to keep a more and more important community growing. Our summarizing whishes are:

    - Basic and Advanced Version of 3DMark Vantage need to show results and save validation files offline (validation files can be uploaded on any sytem)
    - General bugfixing and improvements in the general functionality of the program

Thank you for your attention and we are looking forward to your response.

    Regards
    ***UPDATE LIST***

I purchased 3dmark Vantage Advanced 2 days ago and am shocked that I have to go online to view my results and there was no Demo either.

EDIT: By the way, have you talked to Fr3ak or the PCGH editorial staff about support of the PCGH / PCGH Extreme community? PCGH could also give some press coverage on this topic.
