Thanks pmp, your the man. To be honest I don't know what NVMM means and what importance it has to me (should I take certain precausions)?

NVMM - nVidia Memory Module - basically it's a portion of BIOS which is responsible for RAM/NB handling.
Correct me if im wrong, but to my known this code is closed and belong to nVidia, so different BIOS versions - but utilizing the same NVMM - should behave the same in terms of RAM/NB.

Keeping in mind what's above - 0603 should perform close to 0511.

It is not clear if it improves anything from 0601, based on the changelogs.
