I had mounted a HR-05 IFX SLI on the mobo, however the base is very small, the, the whole base of the IFX doesnt cover because the edges are lower then the center part of the base. so It just cover 50%( from the center) of the NB IHS, should I worry or use the stock NB cooler , and then have the TRUE vertical mount prob, I assume the core of the NB is on the center tho?

considering the X38/X48 is in the center on the NB I wouldn't worry about it.
