I need to set my Vcore at 1.4375v in the bios to get 1.39v at idle and at BIG load the Vdroop can go down to 1.35v. On this board, I set the Vcore at the stable Vdroop. I do that on other boards as well. I can only find the Vdroop by extreem testing.
why dont you do the vdroop mod its help alot and its easy

I redid mine and it almost or more then whats set in the bios on load

right now its at 1.35 bios windows load 1.352v idle is 1.336v
