Well are you sure this is for X48 looks like P35 stuff to begin with.

There is no GTL 1/3 Ref and GTL 0/2 Ref on X38 and X48 bios so we would not guess where to put those values.

X38 and X48 bios REF settings are:
- CPU GTL 1/2 REF and CPU GTL 0/3 REF

So according to your table witch one is correspondent to the ones you see in bios?

1/3(p35)= to 1/2 or 0/3 in X38/48 series?
0/2(p35)= to 1/2 or 0/3 in X38/48 series?
