I fit my thermalright ultra 120 e as well and yes its a very tight fit. I also have fan on the ram side. Took awhile to get the mounting bracket near the nb to hook in.

I also use an antec spotcool on the nb instead of the el crappo they supply. Quieter and more powerful.

Still having wierd network connection issues though.
