Are the temps actual? I have a lapped thermalright ultra 120 e with a monster fan on it. With my Q6600 overclocked to 3.2, idle was around 34c or less on cores and load maxed out at 52C and downwards.
Looks like your sensor for the chip is stuck, many are. Your vid is good, tho middle of the road.
