Hello all, first time on the forum

I upgraded to this board from the woeful (for quads at least) Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI which wouldnt even get me past 2700 without lockups.
My setup
Quad 6600 G0 @ 3.8GHz (WC)
4GB DDR2 800MHz (4 * 1GB)
Zalman Reservator XT[IMG]

I am working my way through page 1 of this thread but can anyone give me a rough idea of the settings required to obtain 4GHz from a G0 on water cooling? (should be attainable right?).
The memory is not the best (Geil 6400 stuff with HS) but I have tried relaxing the timings slightly but still get bluescreens on booting. It's not the best stuff but others have got around 500Mhz out of it.
Should mention I am running Vista Premium 64Bit edition. Thanks for any help. Hope the pics come out ok, temps seem fine to me.
