I can set Northbridge-Voltage to +0.3. In theory this should be higher than 1.4 volt Actually the board undervolts a bit here.
I'm not quite sure which one are the other voltages you mention in bios as they are named differently in the P35-DS3. FSB-Voltage can be increased by +0.3, same goes for PCIe. I didn't change any of those voltages though, needed them with my Q6600 before to reach ~450 FSB + stability but the E3110 runs ok without any adjustments.
